Presides at all meetings, preserves order, oversees officer's performances of their duties and enforces the Bylaws, Standing Rules, and Policies. Responsible for appointing a budget comittee, selecting the appointed officers, chairs of the standing committees, and special committees all to be approved by the Executive Committee.

Serves as the Program Chair; responsible for the the presentation of programs at each general meeting.

Serves as the Social Chair; responsible for all hospitality and social activities of the club.

Responsible for keeping recording of new Primary members and their recruiters; initiated One Plus One club award; chairs committee to select nominees for RWC Life Achievement Award.
Campaign
Jana Brookover
Advises members of the responsibilities and opportunities to work in all areas of the Republican party. Provides information and contact info for all of the nominees.

Responsible for preparing biennial directory for the members of the club with a supplement of only the current membership roster in the second year of the term.
